Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

At Elysian Tours, we create personalised private experiences that often involve advance planning, reservations and tailored arrangements. The following terms apply to all bookings and experiences provided by Elysian Tours. ⸻ Cancellation Policy • 100% Refund — Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the scheduled tour date. • 50% Refund — Cancellations made 7–14 days prior to the scheduled tour date. • No Refund — Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled tour date. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. ⸻ Weather Policy Tours operate in all weather conditions unless conditions are deemed unsafe by Elysian Tours or relevant authorities. ⸻ Third-Party Reservations & Experiences Certain experiences, restaurant reservations, wildlife encounters, attraction tickets, boat charters and other third-party arrangements may require advance payment and may be non-refundable once confirmed. ⸻ Itinerary Changes Elysian Tours reserves the right to make reasonable itinerary modifications due to weather, venue availability, road conditions or circumstances outside our control. ⸻ Booking Acceptance By confirming a booking with Elysian Tours, guests acknowledge and accept these Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy conditions.
